Fantastic products and service. We lost our cat last week so decided to get a little pet memorial for her. Having seen the Rustic Stone house signs previously I had a quick look in the pet memorials section on their website and found a great little tool that enables you to make a mock up of the memorial stone you require. Not long after making up my mock up I received an email and a photograph of a stone that was ideal, the photo even showed how the text would look. I ordered my stone late Friday afternoon and was absolutely amazed when it was delivered today (Wednesday). The quality was far better than I expected, a lot heavier than expected and a lot thicker. It is now under the tree next to where Lottie is buried and looks wonderful.
I ordered 2 slate signs, one with hanging bracket. Service was outstanding, items were delivered very promptly, are of the highest quality and look amazing. Thoroughly recommended.
After our beloved cat died, I wanted an irregular slate marker to put in her favorite sunspot. The stone is absolutely beautiful. We love the rough edges that look more natural, the color is just right, and the engraving is lovely. We thank Rustic Stone so much for the care they took with our memorial stone. They were easy to deal with and prompt, and the quality is excellent. We ordered from the US because I couldn't find anything like I wanted here. I was worried about shipping, but it was 50 for a fairly big stone, which seemed reasonable.
We are so pleased with our memorial plaque for our cat's grave in our garden. It looks perfect. Great quality, well worth the money, and excellent prompt service which is of course important when you're grieving for a beloved pet. Would highly recommend.
