Customer Service is pathetic. I bought an item that showed higher price at the till than what was on the shelve. The cashier said that it's not her problem as she does not work in the floor. She refused to call the manager. I called the manager myself. The manager resolved the problem due to the pricing. Neither the manager nor the cashier apologised for the incorrect pricing. This was very disappointing

I have never felt more violated and disrespected in my life. Worst experience in a store ever. The supervisor and manager are as bad as the employees. Worst service, cheap products. Absolutely disgusted.

Very bad service. Staff very rude, arrogant and racist. Staff playing around and don't want to help customers. This is the second time I received such a pathetic experience at this store. You will always find the staff fighting with customers.
