We had an accident on the N4 and went to report so that we can AR number. We had to wait for almost an hour before we were attended. There was a lady with a cap over her face busy writing long notes infront of us. She did not refer us to someone who could help us. The service sucks!!
Arrive at 06.00 on a Saturday to report an incident. Two people in front of me and four police officers behind the counter. Neither the two people in front of me were attended to nor me. Told to wait for someone to attend to me. Half an hour later and still nothing....?!
Was told to phone spca for illegal trafficking of wildlife on sun city road. Nothing was mentioned to take photos and these guys are in the road Tstsing and 3 way stop street after that traveling south. Tried calling saps which the spca told me to do and there’s NO ANSWER. Come on people let’s get this stopped. ITS CRUELTY and no one seems to care.
Staff is friendly and all but this station is under staffed. Had to wait 3 hours in the que.
Don’t waste your time trying to call the station, Home Invasion and theft of property. Been calling SAPS Rustenburg for two days, no one answering the phones.
had to wait from morning to afternoon get my papers certified and was told to wait for lunch and then was excused to the back of the line
