Me and my friends were definitely unhappy about the service we got yesterday at Mr Price Home Rustenburg . We wanted to know the price of a couch we saw and a lady who works there tried calling for a guy named Tumelo to help us out but he didn't even bother to do so. I really don't understand why he did and the manager didn't even bother to help out. We waited for him for about 5min and no help was given. We were totally disappointed about the treatment we received. Thanks to the lady(didn't get her name) who tried to help us

Needs a good revamp. Far behind all other Mr. Price stores. Very limited sizes available. Always behind its other stores with regards to new items.

Poor service in general. Quality of clothes have taken a serious knock lately. Limited selection of men's active wear. And the store is often dirty with many items & rubish/packaging lying around.
