I had an issue with my laptop, I sent it in for repairs in March. Up until the end of June I did not get it back. When I came to fetch it, they tried to sell another faulty laptop. I decided against it. I bought a hard drive cover/adapter for my laptop's hard drive. It worked once and has never worked since - I wanted to return it but found out they only refund within 24hrs. That showed how shoddy the quality of the products they sell is if the guarantee is only 24 hours. I also bought a memory card, it didn't last even 2 weeks! Their screen protectors are of bad quality! It looks like my phone fell from a great distance but actually fell off my bed onto a wooden floor. Bad experience, bad quality and a waste of money.
