Nice shop, very chill, and a good guy working there. House juice was harsh. Thought maybe it was just me but I had a homeless gentleman with me who borrowed some money to buy another juice that was harsh as well. They were much better after letting them steep. I dropped the homeless guy off back under a nearby bridge and ran into him sometime later that day. He agreed that letting them steep was essential. A picky hobo, who'd a thunk it?

This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its no wonder they have changed owners so many times. I recently stopped by to purchase an entire set up, when I asked for the brand I wanted he told me they were ordered but had not been received. He then proceeded to tell me he had another brand there that was an excellent comparable Mod. I went ahead and bought what he recommended. After owning the Mod for just 2 weeks and not even using a full tank of juice the Mod quit working. I took it back to the same person who not only sold this Mod to me but sold me on buying it. First off he did not even know how to turn it on after taking out the batteries. After looking at it for approx. 30 seconds, he "said I don't know whats wrong with it, all I can do is give you 25% off if you buy a new one. After a 10 minute discussion that accomplished absolutely nothing I asked to speak to the owner. He not only refused to give me the owners phone number (which I understand) he would not even call him and let me speak with him while I was in the store. After leaving I called Dapper Dan vape shop in Lynchburg on Fort Ave, and explained to them what happened. They not only offered to fix my Mod, but said if they couldn't fix it they would replace it for me since Vapocalypse did what they did. So if you are looking for a Vape set up, check out Dapper Dans, unless you want to throw your money away at Vapocalypse.
