Excellent place for wine tasting. You can order the wines online later (if you are here by bike :-) ). The Chardonney on Muschelkalk is highly recommended.

We were here for a great wine tasting session. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable, the wines tasted amazing. The wines here were sold at a reasonable price too.

I am a big fan of Giefing! They have some spectacular wine and their vinothek is very laid back and friendly. I come here at least twice a year to buy my favorite Pinot Noir in all of Austria, Cavallo. If you are in the area stop buy and ask the owner to try a few of his wines and you will not e disappointing. Giefing is the hidden gem of Rust.
