OVERBOOKING. There was no stay at all, to begin with. I booked a room for two people (weeks in advance) through booking.com. On the CHECK IN DAY, two hours before arriving in Rust, I get a call from booking.com saying that R&J hotel could not receive us due to OVERBOOKING! That's right. They overbooked their rooms and only let us know that they would cancel our stay in the same day of the check-in! I tried calling the hotel countless times at that day (27.08.2020, around 4pm) and no one picked up the phone! So imagine my situation in a train, on my way to Rust, and with no hotel to stay and also with no support to find another one! They screwed my hollidays. When I read all these great ratings I wonder why I got such an unbelievable treatment. Hope you guys don't get your reservation canceled and have to find another hotel in a matter of hours.

Super Hotel wenn man in den Europa Park will, aber nicht direkt in die teuren Europa Park Hotels. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und nach 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Eingang vom Europa Park. Die Zimmer sind topmodern. Das Frühstück ist außerdem auch super. Eine Anreise nach 20 Uhr ist auch möglich. Das lief bei uns sehr schnell und unkompliziert durch einen Anruf ab. Absolute Empfehlung in Rust!

Accoglienza perfetta per chi ama gli hotel di classe. Camere bellissime, spaziose e molto pulite. Hotel a 15 minuti a piedi dall'Europapark con ottima colazione. Distributore automatico 24h per avere snack e bevande anche la notte. Qualità prezzo ottimale.

Das Zimmer wo wir hatten war super schön, genau wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Modern und wichtig, sauber! Frühstück war reichhaltig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal inklusive Chefin, waren sehr nett. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Daumen hoch!
