Be careful what you buy! Bought an apple tree as a present for my wife in April 2019. The tree didn't do to well and in April 2020 it was obviously dead. Due to the circumstances at the time(!) I did not see any one until May. Member of staff looked at it from a distance and looking totally uninterested stated it was rotten due to the wet winter, and it was out of warranty. I letter to the Garden Centre Manager (Director) in late May. No reply. A reminder to him in August. No reply. A letter to each of the other three directors in September, to date no reply. The root to this date is still not rotten. A point of interest is that at no time did I ask for a refund, just wanted to know what killed it. After 61 years of gardening,(30 years with fruit trees), just wanted to know the cause of the failure. Mick Bates

Great cafe at the garden center - nice to break up your visit with some lunch. Lots of choice in the garden center for plants and bushes. Really pleased with our tree we bought and the price is reasonable. Good selection all round and will definitely be using it more often moving forward.
Good choice of plants, shrubs & trees, anything else you may need inside for out doors. Good gifts to buy all year round once your through all gardening and pet food and toys. Then a restaurant to boot with great food and service. What more could you ask for?
