Its been great working with such a professional team. I'm about 5 hours away so knowing that everything is looked after, I'm kept informed and tenants are taken care of is very reassuring.

The ladies who are working in there are absolutely incompetent, they have no idea whatsoever how their properties look like and what you have/ don't have at the address. It took them nearly 2 months to sort a water leak out while me and my partner were keep sending them emails and calling them every week. So unprofessional, and in the end we had to pay for all the damages caused by the water leak plus all the extra charges from the water company. Would not recommend to anyone. Other companies treat their customers better.
Great company to work with, efficient response to all aspects and great communication. Deal closely with Jade, Emma and Richard in particular who are fantastic.
Fantastic company to do business with extremely courteous, brilliant communication and easy to work with! I would highly recommend Rushton Hickman and Jade Martin in particular who is a pleasure to deal with.
Great service from all the team. Very reliable and quick to respond.
