Big thank you to Rosie and Jamie for their amazing service and welcoming personalities! We had a great time, food was piping hot and served quickly even at a busy time! The staff were attentive, respectful and seemed like they had a great relationship with each other! Which always makes the atmosphere better in a restaurant, the food was incredible, and the portions were huge! Outstanding service and dinner, can't wait to visit again!

Didn't receive a great service and food was pretty disappointing.. paid an optional service charge of 10% which I wouldnt have paid if it was given to me as an option. Unfortunately won't return. As seen from pics the pasta was burnt and then returned freshly cooked after everyone had already eaten... for 2 adults and 3 kids, 90... several other tables around us also sent their food back for various reasons.. served desert for kids without any cutlery. Just giving a fair review.. not the best experience for a birthday meal.
Had never been here before but would definitely return. Food was lovely. Had the venison and beef tagliatelle. Good value and staff were attentive and friendly

Had a really nice experience at Zizzi Rushden Lakes. Food was delicious and customer service was great. We were served by Gosia who was attentive, polite and helpful throughout our time there. She is a big asset to the company. Very well done! We will definitely come back soon.
