Absolutely disgusting service. Spent a fortune with wren kitchens in rushdon lakes. I mean which kitchen company charges different prices depending on the finger slots on handleless doors to units?? Also got fobbed off with a bottom of the barrel CDA hob and mini fridge which are both having problems only to be told by the manufacturers no parts in stock! The manager at this branch is pretty much a stalker, please don’t give him your number, calls after 9pm on a regular basis and on a weekend are unacceptable mate (good job i know where you live) Wren will try to sell you anything! STICK TO HOMEBASE AND WICKES AND OTHER PLACES. People get fooled by the bright lights and nice show room at this branch. The staff are all stuck up with a blatant bad attitude and reluctant to help (body language never lies) how they got the job goes to show the level of this company and what they are all about. DONT DO IT GUYS GO ELSEWHERE. In particular an obese young glasses wearing caucasian lad named Richard, do not trust the sweet talk he will give you. When theres a problem he will avoid you at all costs and when he arranges an out of hours meeting he will not show. You will be constantly chasing this company. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. I didn't use the fitting service as I had my own fitter. He found fitting the kitchen extremely easy as everything was supplied. Good quality units and nothing missing. Customer service extremely helpful too. Would highly recommend.
Really good service, had a great kitchen planned, if things go down price wise they guarantee to give you it cheaper! Lovely panoramic image to your phone so you can see what's promised! Fabulous!
Wren staff were really helpful from start to finish, nothing was ever a problem! Delivery was on time and everything went smoothly! So happy with the quality and result! We love our new kitchen!!!
