I always have great time at wagamamas. Great vegan food that it's always fresh and delicious and the staff is always happy to help and friendly!
We didn't go in to Wagamama. So can not comment on it. My daughter, husband & granddaughter. Went to Rushden Lakes shopping & had her car side swiped by some one parked next to them, no cameras apart from entry & exit. They spoke to security & this happens quite a lot. Parking spaces are much to narrow, so this needs to be addressed also alot more cameras should be installed. Who should this be addressed to.
I judge a good restaurant by whether or not myself, as an amateur, could make the food better at home. None of the food we ordered met our expectations in quality or portion size against the price we paid. The food also contained an ingrediant I am intolerant to, but was not listed on the menu. Service was average but marked lower as the waitress splashed broth over my partner as she was clearing the table (and was oblivious to this). This was our first trip to a wagamama and I now understand it is another restaurant which relies on novelty trend to keep customers coming through the door.
First time at Wagamama and even though we queued the host was great keeping us informed what was going on and the food was amazing we will definitely be going back soon
