In store it seemed like a great service. Went to purchase two SIM cards and credit to activate. Was told it works differently now and they now sell minutes, text and data as bundles on PAYG. I purchased two, activated our sims and started using the phones. Two days later I get a text that said my credit has been used. The information in the shop was incorrect and turns out we burned through 30 worth of credit for a tiny amount of data. Their customer service won’t refund it as it is “my fault” and now my only way is to buy another 30 of credit.

The guys at this store are really helpful not judgemental and they dont try to sell a new phone to you , they look after you answering your questions without jargon. Well worth a visit if you are too embarrassed to go into other phone stores to get problems sorted out A1*customer service
Emily was very helpful, although my issue still hasn't been fixed, she was very patient and understanding.
Although I haven't made a purchase with them yet, the staff we're very helpful and understood what they were selling. I am a techie and went in looking for a 20 series Samsung with a qualcomm chip rather than an exynos and they understood entirely and assured me I would get one. Very helpful

Had a lovely experience as I was a bit unsure of what I should go for, but the lovely Emily (in store) made sure I knew everything I needed to choose what’s right for me. All the other staff were friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re on fence of what you should upgrade to. Thank you Three!!
Fantastic service where nothing is too much trouble. Vicky the manager helped me sort out a complicated issue which had been going on for some time. The whole staff team are polite, friendly and efficient. Top marks Vicky, you run a great ship.
Used to be great now they have over subscribed their network signal has dropped with quality will be leaving and going to a better network.
