I too order my prescriptions online well in advance, I go to pick them up after the allotted day, they are rarely ready on time and have been incorrect several times with items missing without them notifying me. There is always a long queue outside, the staff do not even acknowledge you waiting at the counter and the service is appallingly slow! Most of the staff have no manners at all and waste a lot of time getting already prepared prescriptions handed over to customers. It should not take four trips for me to finally obtain my repeat prescription each month and an apology would not go amiss instead of their usual rudeness and arrogance. Geoff and I are certainly not isolated cases and the poor service has nothing to do with Covid either! Rowlands Pharmacy really need to get their act together quickly in many areas starting with some basic manners!

Staff are always extremely busy. They've put all the Covid measures in that they are required to, and that has made things more difficult for them and their customers, however, they're doing a grand job. I really can't fault them. As for chatting about last nights tv (as one reviewer said) you can chat and actually still work at the same time....it is possible

Not very efficient. Twice in the past 3 months I have ordered my 92 year old mothers medication and they haven't had them ready a week later when they are due and she has been left for 2-3 days without her pills. This is unacceptable!
Staff chatting about tv last night not doing there job.sit there for 15 mins to get my pills.something has to be done.
