We first discovered Prime Choice just over 12 years ago. We found that from the very first phone call, the staff were professional, knowledgeable and polite. From that first impression we decided we had to use them for our move and 12 years later, we are still in the same house, receiving the same high level of customer service. Even during a difficult period, the staff at the Rushden office were professional and offered advise and support right through this time and helped us. If anyone is thinking of renting in this area, you owe it to yourselves to contact them.

I haven’t had much renting experience before with estate agents , too my surprise Prime Choice in Rushden took all the hassles and worries off me by handling everything for me and ensuring everything went smoothly for me! The staff are very friendly and helpful , whilst renting the apartment the aftercare and customer service is second to none! Always there to answer any questions and always seem to get things resolved fast! A great friendly team that makes you feel part of it even though you are a customer! What more could you ask for ? Apart from free rent lol :) 10/10 & Highly recommended!
