Booked the table online. They were so welcoming when myself and my partner arrived. We were seated and explained the covid procedure. They were fantastic. The food was to die for! The woman who served us was fantastic she is a diamond. Thanks again pizza Express for a lush dinner.

Great service, was seated straight away. Set prices, but good variety. Vegan options available. Great view of the Lakes, outdoor seating available. Clean toilets. Friendly helpful staff.
Poor service from start to finish. The restaurant was not busy so would definitely avoid if busy! No complaints with the food as it was good (still quite pricey) another reason for outstanding service .Staff had no idea on the current promotions. So, if you signed up to the Pizza Express mailing list be prepared to explain what offers Pizza Express are promoting free drink etc... We were served by a total of 4 different members staff all of which let's just say appeared as though they shouldn't be working the hospitality industry. I can't help but think If many people have the same experience we had at Rushden Lakes it will end up being the 74th Pizza Express to close.
We were let down at another restaurant at the lakes on Tuesday, we headed to pizza express to see if they could fit us in as they were extremely busy. They were so welcoming & lovely. Food was delicious & service was very good! Lovely evening out! Very accommodating staff! Will be back soon
Great service. Nice atmosphere. Good view of the lake. They even supply blankets to sit outside when it's cold.
