Nice people, good service but food was very bland with little or no taste, definitely needs a little more flavor, had 6 dishes and all tasted similar except lemon chicken.

I ordered for collection via JustEat earlier today and paid online. Thumbs up at 5:00pm and collected at 5:20. The issues started as I walked in the door. The man on the front desk couldn't understand English. I told him my order and he kept telling me other peoples orders. Spoke to the lady who understood me and she got my order with no problems. I went to leave and I was called back by the lady, saying I hadn't paid. I had to prove I'd paid on my bank app on my phone. I understand why she was worried I was going without paying but they need to check their JustEat app and see if a customer has paid or not. Worst part was she tried to charge me 3.50 more than I originally paid. Got home, dished up, sat down and started eating. Food was okay after I microwaved it. However, I was not expecting to find a bone in the chicken. I know its an animal that obviously has bones, but at LEAST tell me prior to me ordering that my mouth would be hurting from a tiny bone.
I was served by a young lady called Ella, she showed nothing but politeness when answering my enquires about delivery time and the different variety of food available . Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent customer service !
If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. Avoid at all costs. We arrived at 8pm and there was literally NO food at all. Had I checked the containers before we sat down and ordered drinks, I would have walked out. We managed to scrape half a plate each of the driest, oldest and rankest bits we could see. The lady then asked us what we would like! Well all of it....it’s an all you can eat buffet!! She then replied it’s late and she didn’t want any waste. In the meantime a group of 7 strong men walked in and I thought they must have to cook more food now...wrong!! They left, along with what could have been a nice little profit for the business. The young girls were then sent home. All before 9pm. We did give them 10 out of respect but will never be returning!
Food has been relatively good when they actually deliver it. I have had two bad experiences with this place now and won't be going back. First time, they waited over 30 minutes and then declined the order on just eat with no reasoning. Second time, they accepted the order waited 15 mins over theETA and food didn't arrive and their phone is constantly off the hook so they don't answer. Finally got through to them on the phone and the guy doesn't even know about my order, I can also hear another customer in the store angry about his food not being delivered as well. He stated they turned the system off so didn't have my address or order number but somehow my food was apparently with the driver... I ordered at 19:00 and still no food at 21:45... Lost a customer this time, I definitely won't be ordering from this place again. Worst customer experience going, be honest and tell people that you cannot deliver rather than keep them from ordering elsewhere as it gets late...
