Did an absolutely beautiful job of the two bedrooms and bathroom. Three days into a 5 day job, asked for more than half the money 'to pay the rent' and the rest in cash. As soon as it was transferred , the momentum changed and bits were missed. I asked for the missing bits to be done, and one bit easily seen in the kitchen still isn't done. Then I find a bit in the living room recess that has been painted over without the rough plaster being sanded before hand. 2K for a small two bedroom house. The house is much better, but I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. Don't give anything before the end of the job, based on the work up till then, I was too trusting that the rest would be of the same standard.
