Had hired a few years back and it was a good experience.. but have recently attempted to hire again and to be honest it feels the company either don't need the business and money or they really just don't know how to be professional and customer focused. Replies are hit and miss, very vague responses, doesn't fill you with much confidence. I was offered a castle and agreed a price only to then decide after taking all my details and arranging a drop off time that the castle was no longer available when I wanted it. I presume they had someone willing to pay more or it was just a clumsy mistake? I asked for alternatives only for my messages to be ignored completely. Would rather pay 15 to have a better customer experience and that secure feeling that the castle will arrive! Went elsewhere and won't use Kerry Kastles again.
