Recent makeover following the store's recent rebranding as 'Frasers'. Menswear layout and selection upstairs in December 2020 was excellent. For shirts and jeans it is hard to beat anywhere. Footwear selection is disappointing given that some of the country's finest men's shoes are made in walking distance but can't be bought here

A huge store that looks very modern and tidy. There are plenty of staff around to help and the store is pretty easy to navigate. Even though there were lots of customers it didn't feel overly busy. There's also a cafe Nero downstairs and a different cafe upstairs called Eden. A very nice place to spend money, providing you have lots of money, as it's quite pricey in here.
GAME store in HOF, really nice store, staff friendly, especially the guy in charge, he's really kind and easy on the eyes
Rather disappointed with all the interior work they are doing. I asked an assistant for a specific item I wanted and she didn't know where they were. Not what i expected from this well known store
Large store and the staff a very helpful. Many due to the renovations instore but the offer seemed to be really limited. Couldn't find anything I wanted. Annoyingly when browsing perfumes, everything is locked, and does break the shopping experience. It maybe just this store worries about theft
