Has got a lot better. 2 of the staff used to be rude and grumpy a few years ago but improvements since they took on a few of the young lads. Both very polite.

Stood there for five minutes as three staff members ignored me. Used to be great but since the redesign utterly useless. Now as bad as Irchester.
Freindly and cooperative staff.
Not really the best post office often ignored by the staff.
Extremely unhelpful staff, anything is too much to ask for.
