Have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund from a failed delivery. I booked a Monday delivery, was sent a text to say my delivery would be Tuesday, when I was at work. I agreed by phone that the frozen dog food could be left in my porch and I would be home very soon after to put in the freezer. But driver decided not to leave it, which i can understand. But I am still waiting for the refund. It came out of my bank account soon enough and I am told takes 10 days to return. But 6 weeks!!

Placed an order last Saturday for delivery Sunday never arrived. Eventually got to speak to someone two days later to be told date changed to Thursday due to stock levels. Thursday comes and no delivery at time agreed. Received a text saying will now be Friday same time. Delivery time has been and gone and no delivery cant get through to anyone. But theyre happy to take my money !! Lets see how long till someone gets back to me ......
Fantastic pet food store...was given excellent advice with my dogs diet have a great product range. Staff always friendly...highly recommend
