Shocking service!!! Having waited several weeks for a delivery date, and spending hours trying to reach someone in branch, my delivery was finally scheduled to take place today. I took the day off work to take delivery, which never arrived and unsurprisingly I'm also not able to reach anyone in branch to find out what's going on. Will never use Buildbase again!
