If you want a property with damp, mould, leaks, dodgy maintenance, people letting themselves in your room without permission in shared accommodation and a strict money grabbing contract! Then this is the place for you! The letting agents themselves both Jack and Kate show disgustingly childish behaviour towards tenants with their manager james defending them. The company is money motivated and if you arise an issue, then you are the one in the bad books with things quickly turning sour. Environmental health have been involved in their property’s however they sweep issues under the carpet and their own words “the other tenants haven’t complained, so we don’t see what the problem is” Until other tenants speak up this lettings agency is up its own backside and it’s a shame I couldn’t give 0 stars
