I do not normally write reviews but I was very impressed with the service I received. There was a slight mix up with the product having the wrong optical drive. I contacted them and they sent me the correct drive within a couple of days with no hassle. I just swapped them out and problem fixed. I am very satisfied with the product I received. I would definitely buy from Second Chance IT again.
