Worst experience with Ropar Punjab lab. Rude staff don’t know how to talk to well educated people.report of an urgent test is unavailable even after 48 hours of sample collection .. n the person who collected the sample didn’t have the proper protective gear to protect himself from covid 19.. n considering he would have collected samples of multiple people in a day it poses risk to others also.their app n customer care is even worse.. they don’t even deserve one star
