They have great customer service. On the other hand I just had my side x side serviced there. They could spend more time cleaning up after themselves. Where they needed to grease the joints they left globs of grease. I now have to clean up the grease after them.

This is a great powersports dealership. They handled our out-of-state sale quickly and correctly. The paperwork was done right and we had no problems registering it in our state. Our salesman didn't give us the run around. He quoted us out the door pricing and it was the best deal in my state or theirs. When we arrived the out-the-door price was exactly that - as promised. We also ordered some brake handles, which weren't in stock, but their parts department took good care of us. The placed the order and shipped them to us nearly as fast as ordering from Amazon. Couldn't be any happier. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience purchasing a motorcycle through Randy yesterday! Randy’s reputation of being an absolute enthusiast and all around great guy stretches hundreds of miles away from Let’s Ride, and is what made me stop by to look at a new bike for my wife. Randy didn’t just “sell me a motorcycle” like most dealerships train their staff to do. I got to learn, and use his experience and ideas to find a great bike, and make a friend along the way.

Terrible over priced lazy service. You get there and they have like five guys standing behind the desk staring at you and Don't say a word like your not even there, but yet staring right at you. Then turn right around start talking with one another as customer's start piling up. Hate going here but unfortunately they are the only convenient local dealer so, guess you have to sacrifice a little if you want it that bad. Other than that I order my parts online and have an awesome mobile service come out and do the work and I don't even have to take them onto a shop.
If you are in need of anything motorsports, this is the best place to be. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their service department is top notch and fast as well. They are very competitively priced. I really appreciate how they are not pushy in their approach. Rather, they are patient and knowledgeable. Good folks.
