'New windows' installed in apartment, wish we had kept the old windows. Pihla windows doesn't keep the cold out and are extremely drafty and making the room chilly all year around. Flies and insects get trapped in Pihla's windows.

My experience is that the venetian blinds broke after a month after installation. They have a very fragile string-based adjustment system. You can not fix them yourself because it is not possible to open the window. I can feel a cold breeze coming thru the windows. Water condensates on the inside of the windows. Water is also Dripping from the strange ventilation adjustment plastic parts, Above the window. The small ventilation window system is difficult to use and makes lot of noise. What is wrong with the old hook system? I think the old " normal" openable windows from the 1950's were much better. I have experience from these windows only from visiting a friends 1 room apartment on the 6th floor of an apartment block. Maybe these work better in a smaller house? 2 stars because they stay in place and you can see thru them.

Vaihtovat ovet kerrostaloon, seinässä kehyksen vieressä reikiä ja hyvä että ei nää käytävästä sisälle. En ymmärrä miten joku tommosta jälkee jättää ja ei tee asialle mitään. Ykskin tähti on liikaa.
Erinomaista palvelua sain heti, kun pyysin tarjouksen. Myyjä keskittyi mitä myy ja teki omia ehdotuksia, perusteli ne ja vastasi sähköposteihin. Ikkuna toimituksenkin sain muutettua viime hetkellä myöhemmäksi. Eli palvelu oli erinomaista. Eikä ikkunoissa ja ovissa ole ollut moitittavaa.
Pihlan ikkunoista virhepalautus ala arvoista. puh. keskus ulkoistettu. Henkilöt palautteista vain netin tai kuvien perusteella. Eivät vastaa puheluihin. Onko tämä loistavaa viiden tähden toimintaa?! EI.!!!
Meidän omakotitaloon Hämeenlinnassa asennettiin 2 viikkoa sitten PIHLA -ikkunat ja ulko-ovet. Talomme on haasteellinen: ikkunoita on paljon ja osa erittäin suuria (suurin 200*260 joka tehtiin yhtenä kiinteänä ikkunaruutuna!). Asennusporukka (3 henkeä) oli Mondosec Oy:ltä. Asennusta oli tekemässä ja ohjaamassa rkm Jarmo Karjalainen. Työ oli ripeää ja työn jälki erittäin laadukasta! SUOSITTELEN LÄMPIMÄSTI! Erkki Lindholm
