Fantastic food as always, but no tables to sit on , so we sat in the car , but other than that ,thanks to the guy who done our food

Great place to have some food. Very kind and friendly staff.
The location really sets this place apart. The selection of food is somewhat limited but is all well prepared and generally quite nice too. I haven't tried everything though. The sandwiches were very generously filled though! Parking is very reasonable, and the food is well priced but the main attraction is the beautiful and historical land it sits in. This saw the origin of the Magna Carter and a subsequent 800 year rule of law, and eventually the mother of all parliaments. It's not only a stunning place to visit scenery-wise, it's also a great little spot for young kids, and couples alike. Definitely worth checking out on a nice weekend!
Lots of choices on the menu. Many flavours of Ice Cream and varieties of cone. I had Lemon Sorbet on a Waffle Cone. Lovely area under cover plus other tables outside.
Nice place to stop and have a hot drink and a snack .
