We recently had Bakeris replace our roof that had suffered storm damage, and also install 2 solar vents. From beginning to end, I can't say enough good things about Bakeris Roofing. From our initial contact and sit downs with Tony, our phone interaction with Kylee, and the installation crews work and clean up, everything was A. Even Jeff the owner came out and did a walk around inspection. How often do you see that?! We couldn't be happier with the final product. My wife and I would highly recommend Bakeris Roofing.
Brice from Bakeris really has a sharp eye and found more damage on my roof before it was replaced. Brice made the entire process for my roof replacement painless. The roofing team was superb and their entire tearoff and installation process was very professional. Brice returned after the installation was complete and conducted a great quality control and ensured I was satisfied with my new roof. I am more than satisfied and I highly recommend Bakeris for anything to do with roofing. If you go with Bakeris you won’t be disappointed. Ensure you ask for Brice. From start to finish Tony did a great job guiding us through the process. Always answered his phone or got back to me right away. They did three of my neighbors as well and we all have zero complaints. All the little extra's are worth it. Friendly and respectful workers! Great job, Tony!
Very friendly and courteous staff. They use high quality, top notch materials and have a long 15 year craftsmanship warranty. Only complaint is that they did a poor job with some of the fit and finish with the drip edge getting buckled from the gutters and not removing previous gutter straps, which will be fixed. UPDATE: After 2 visits, all fixes have been done to satisfaction. The old gutter straps have been cut back and I was told that it is OK like that. I am satisfied overall.
