I ordered a couple of replacement double glazed panels, replacement door seals and a window hinge in December but due to the pandemic decided to postpone installation. I offered to pay for the cost of the items and the balance on completion but was advised by Sarah (who was very helpful and considerate) this wasn’t necessary and installation would be delayed until I was comfortable in allowing it to go ahead......which I really appreciated. The job was completed yesterday by Aron who was prompt, friendly and efficient. There was no mess and everything now operates as it should. This is the first time I’ve used Window Geeks but will do so again. Thanks.

I got in touch with Window Geeks as my front door had dropped so there was a gap, making it very draughty. I sent a request via the website and someone called me back within a couple of days to arrange for someone to take a look and give me a quote. Adam came out and advised that the door needed a service to straighten it up. I was aware it could take up to 4 weeks for my job to be done as they're so busy, but Adam actually ended up doing the work just a week later. He was polite, friendly and professional and had finished the job within an hour. Adam seemed very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with how the door fitted before he left. All of my dealings with Window Geeks were easy and stress-free - I'd be very happy to contact them again if I ever have any other problems with windows or doors.
