they text giving the impression 2 seperate prescriptions are ready when it is only 1, then as soon as back is turned and get home they text to say the 1 that isn't ready until the next day is actually ready, having to go out again and up and down like a yo-yo, considering prescriptions were ordered from GP surgery on same day/time. It's a pain.

Good staff unfortunately they run out of stock very quickly
In these difficult times staff should try and have prescriptions ready especially when the order was placed days before pick up, to help reduce the spread of covid19 and not keep customers waiting unnecessarily in the shop thank you!
