Firstly, I'll just start off by saying the staff were great. The three members of staff who served us couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. However, the food leaves a little to be desired. We ordered nachos for a sharing starters that I don't think were worth the price. Also, we ordered the Classic Chicken Burger and it said it would come with onion rings (it didn't), it said it would come with burger sauce (it didn't) and it said it would come with crisp lettuce (we got a couple of leaves of soggy watercress). However, when brought up with the staff, they brought out the missing items, so can't argue with that. But the quality of the food is not very good.

Nice place to visit on a hot day park for kids and outside eating, staff are nice and friendly, food takes a while to come but normal pub grub food
Was nice and clean staff were friendly enough. Ordered a burger that comes with chips and onion rings, but my onion rings seem to have vanished and burger was dry as was bun. Wont be visiting again.
Booked for breakfast at 10.30am on a Sunday. On the website it says you can book from 10am. Get there, very empty and door locked. Went round the other side and managed to get the attention of the cleaner. Told him we booked for 10.30 to be told it doesn't open for another hour. So went somewhere else.
Plenty of parking. Nice decor. Reasonable choice of meals from the menu. Opted for Mixed Grill, which was very good, and Chicken Tikka, which the sauce was a little runnier than expected but still very nice, complete with Naan bread and Poppadoms and Chutney. A side order of Pepperoni Pizza Fries and Onion rings just for sampling......Honest. Service was prompt and polite, and able to answer any issues with meals. Not a huge wait for food, although the place wasn't too busy at 1:30pm. Desert saw the Prosecco Meringue brought, instead of the Prosecco Sundae, and the Red Velvet Cheesecake, which was nice, but could have been more cheesecake instead of sponge cake. Overall we were happy with the visit, and would recommend giving it a try. There is a small play area, a kids area inside and a kids menu, but our kids are too old for these, so it didn't really impact our visit.
The covid restrictions were explained in great detail and I felt safe being in this environment. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend
Lovely friendly atmosphere, food was nice, just what you'd expect from a gastropub
On arrival we we passed two paper menus. We were not told there were any other options. So I ordered the only vege main available a Margarita Pizza. Turns out they had ran out of the main menu but we only found this out after we had eaten. We have eaten here before and the portions were a good size, this time the portions were tiny my pizza was mainly crust with a small circle of tomato and and even smaller circle of cheese. As a result we tried to order some more food at 9.03 just after the table next to us had been served only to be told we were only able to order desert. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Covid guidance was good.
