I have visited the runcorn store on a number of occasions and thought I should write a review on this shop as the staff are really polite, helpful and welcoming to every customer . The manager took time to help my father buy some shoes and slippers and never lost patience with him and made him feel special. The lady in question is a credit to the company and she remembers customers who frequently return to the shop. I love this shop as you can go in and shop stress free without any hassle and the girls are always willing to help if you need them A really happy lady Thanks shoe zone runcorn
Daughter took boots back to change cos had holes in after a mth and there was no problem at all in changing them staff were lovely.
