This place could be amazing but unfortunately the water is always far too cold. It mark's on cruel when you have a baby with you. After multiple visits I won't be back

Great swimming experience,but something needs to be done about male shower ,one shower which is never working
Had offer on of 10 with nothing to pay till November. Offer ended Su day 30 September. Went to pool to be told that the person that does the membership doesn't work Sunday but to come back Monday and would be OK. Duly did this to be told that couldn't sign up as offer expired Sunday. Explained what we had been told to be met with a shrug of the shoulders and "I don't work Sundays". No apology. Can understand the rumours of closure as total lack of customer service. How can they advertise that an offer expires Sunday knowing they can't fulfil that obligation. Totally incompetent staff.
The pool is well equipped and is very clean but small. The staff are friendly and helpful.
It is what it is, a public swimming pool in much need of TLC and bringing into the 21st century. The water is always warm and clean but oh dear the change rooms are dire! Again always clean, but freezing, one shower, two private change rooms and two toilets. At swimming lesson times with 8-10 year old boys sharing with girls it is quite difficult as many girls are just becoming body conscious and it takes for ever to get them changed. Staff and instructors are great and the pool is conveniently situated in the middle of the town.
Lovely little pool. Took myself and my family including my 2yr old grandson swimming there. First time we had been in years. The staff were amazing and so friendly we felt so comfortable it was lovely. I'll definately be going there again.
Aquafit with Kerry is amazing, great for all ages and abilities. She's a great instructor and even better person
The pool is only open 10.15am to 11 am for kids. If you're looking for a family friendly place to take kids swimming this is not it. Go elsewhere it's hardly open waste of money I'm cancelling my membership.
