Came to return a Zara parcel yesterday, tried my best to be polite to the lady on the till. She was unbelievably rude, will never get my head around why Middle Aged women work in places like this if they’re not willing to be pleasant. Hoping she or her management sees this review and identifies her, she’ll know exactly who I am. Try smiling once in a while ‘Karen’ ️

Good to have the post office back in the city ,you will get queues sometimes but that’s only expected at peak times .
