Used Paul at NYK a few years ago now and everything is still going tight and strong, needed a duel use/wardrobe storage solution for 2 of my son's, Pauls design and his dedicated team of fitters sorted us out. Would highly recommend we got exactly what we wanted for a fraction of the "BIG name" companies prices.

The boss came with a workmate to fit the Made to measure wardrobes .The were quick And quiet And didn't drink too much tea . And finished on time They left no Rubbish
I would love to be able to write a positive review about NYK but can't. We visited the showroom before lockdown as they had been recommended to us by friends. We needed fitted wardrobes in 2 large bedrooms. We left our details with one of the team but 'Paul' the owner did not call back despite us chasing several times. We tried NYK again after lockdown. We spoke to the receptionist twice and each time we were assured that Paul would phone us but he hasn't. It is obvious that NYK is a one man band (Paul) and when he is too busy the customer service goes out the window.

Fantastic quality service from design to build! Recent used Paul and his team at NYK to build a our walk in wardrobe, had several quotes and there’s was the most competitive. Paul was really helpful and flexible with the design and the fitters provided a high quality build from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Thanks again
Had NYK to fit two bedrooms at our previous home so they were our first choice after moving to a new apartment. Very friendly chap (Paul?) came out to measure up at the beginning of October and said he would ring back with a quote in the next couple of days. Never heard from him again despite several messages left on his voicemail and calls to the shop. Not sure if the job was too big but such a shame that he didn't have the good manners and decency to let us know what the problem was.
Another professional job done. No mess no fuss. And again we're very very pleased with our wardrobes. Mike Furlong Widnes.
