If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Never changes. Often wait over 30 mins for a prescription- sometimes closer to an hour Several occasions they tell me they've only just received a prescription sent 4 weeks ago! Even collecting an item that's owing I have to wait in a long queue for it to be checked/ dispensed. Have belonged to other pharmacies that are a similar size but far more efficient!

One of the worst pharmacies that I have ever had the misfortune to use. The staff are rude and the queues are long. They never have prescriptions ready on time and I have had to go back to collect items that they have not had in when the prescription was sent to them. They have on occasions lied that they have " only got this prescription in the last half hour " and when I checked with the prescribing doctor he has proven that it was sent over 24 hours earlier. The only redeeming feature is that they are open until 10pm. If you have to have a prescription filled, then think very long and hard before using this particular branch.
This place gets one star for being the only chemist in walking distance from me that isn't closed by 6pm,but that is literally the only good thing about it. Staff are generally pleasant, but slow and will lie to your face that your prescription is being done, then keep you waiting while they do it, rather than just admit they haven't started it. It's pretty blatant, very disrespectful and very annoying. Queues are long no matter what time of day or year and prices are exorbitant for any OTC medication. Avoid if possible.

Worst Chemist I have ever used. I waited over 25 minutes in Tuesday for my prescription. Was told at least three times that it was being delt with, but the pharmacist just stood there talking to a member of staff. And the rest of the staff were serving themselves with paracetamol and toilet rolls, my prescription was 1 item. Well will never use again.
Always have to wait ages for prescriptions. Loads of people coming in with same complaint. Don't think anyone at chemist reads these reviews though.

Awful service again, last time I was told I must allow 7 days for processing , not sure why very standard items but anyway I put it in 10 days early for "processing". Still waited for an hour for some one pick it up from the basket and hand it to me. I feel cheated giving one star.
