The worst carpet shop around! They left my stairs looking disgusting and they refuse to replace the carpet. Polite only before take your money, after something goes wrong they are rude and unhelpful! Please avoid, go somewhere else and stay stress free!

Very bad work! I was shocked to see my stairs in the way they have done them! All carpet is ripped off. Complained to the store, they said everything is done at British standards! Refused to repair. Definitely I am not going to accept the quality of service I received.
We had bedroom carpet fitted .driver arrived on time he stated it was 2 lads named Dave and Craig they were very helpful and polite they took 2 doors off altered and refitted nothing was two much trouble for them I would recommend them two anyone
