Holly has helped me immensely with my Marathon training over the last 12 months, which accumulated in me achieving a time I’d never envisage I’d be able to run at the start. I worked with Holly with the intention of running my first half marathon this year. COVID-19 had other ideas but Holly was able to work with me remotely to not only run my first half marathon (on my own of course) but to coach me to do so whilst avoiding constant shin injuries which had made that distance impossible in the past. After several months of working with Holly I have vastly improved my fitness, cadence, endurance and technique and had valuable advice and varied training plans every step of the way. I'd recommend Holly to anyone looking to improve their running and look forward to working with her again in the future when I can train for an event.

I trained with Holly for 6 months in preparation to run my first ever London Marathon. Prior to this I had very little experience running let alone running long distances like a marathon. Holly's plan fully prepared me for the race and it was great to have her there in my corner at every stage with helpful advice and feedback. The training was varied and fun and I genuinely miss it now. I honestly don't think I could I could have run the marathon and finished with a smile on my face without her support and guidance. I would thoroughly recommend Holly to any runner out there with a goal in mind or looking to sharpen their skills.

I've been training with Holly for just over year, and she has completely transformed my running. I just plodded out some basic runs before work during the week before I began with her, but with all the different types of training she's incorporated into my schedule, I've improved hugely over the last two months. I finished 3rd place in a 5km race, got a PB for a 10km race and got a great time for the Langdale Marathon (one of the hilliest around). Holly provides really helpful advice and has a lot of resources to help people. Would recommend training with her.

I worked with Holly for 2 months in training for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2019 and found it really useful, each month I received a plan via a link to a shared google sheet with various types of runs etc and I could update this after each run with details of how got on. I found this far more motivating than just using a generic plan from the internet, since I had paid for the service and the fact that I was logging the details on the shared google sheet and also sharing the details of my runs with Holly via Strava, it made me feel more accountable for completing all the runs in the plan so it gave that extra motivation. Lastly I believe working with Holly really helped me achieve my goal time for the Half Marathon.
