Seems like it is a great place. Food is slightly above average for the area. The fish and shrimp special was ok. The shrimp was overcooked. Coleslaw is very creamy but is a little bland. Onion rings are very good. Nachos are made with cheap cheese sauce but they do put put premium cuts of nicely peppered steak. Chicken fingers are very small and basic. Salads are very plain but to be expected. Beer selection is limited considering the average selection bars have these days. Overall service was really good. Beer was nice and cold. Lots of TVs and low key atmosphere. Wish I could have given it a higher review but the food was just average.
All I can say is SUPER! I usually get the gyro platter with 2extra pitas. Enough food to eat one for dinner, 2 for the next day with meat left over to make with eggs in the morning. You will NOT be disappointed. If they can can fill up Big. Ray, they can fill up anyone.
For years I drove by this place and never considered stopping based on the exterior of the building. What a mistake. Good food, generous serving size and it comes at a reasonable price. Great place to feed the family. I love the gyro platter. Relatively fast service and friendly wait staff. Love this place - lots on the menu, fast and SO GOOD! I love the veggie burger - hard to find a good one at other places!
