I have been struggling with what I had thought to be hormonal acne for the past year. I came to Cristina truly willing to try anything. I had a wonderful facial and promised to use only what Cristina gave me instead of everything else I had tried. Within two weeks my skin was completely clear. Redness that I thought was just the color of my skin, gone. Acne all over my skin and sides of my face, gone. I cannot say it enough. Go to Scheal and listen to Cristina and you will not be disappointed!

I went here last summer but feel the need to make a review so that other's do not make the same mistakes I did! I came here last summer for a facial and was somehow pressured into spending WAY to much money. During the facial I was also given other treatments without knowing they would cost more (they did not ask if I would be willing to pay for them) and it was also expected of me to purchase all of her products if I wanted my skin to look nice. I literally just wanted a facial lol but felt so pressured. I'm sure the products were all quality products but this was just not professional at all to me. If you are someone who has any sort of budget maybe rethink coming here or make sure to mention you do not want anything that will cost more than what you asked for! This was also during peak COVID times and the lady doing my facial had her mask hanging off half of her face for a good amount of the time. I'm not really someone to who leaves reviews, let alone a bad one, but I just want to make sure no one else ever has to feel taken advantage of the way I did! Have a great day! ***After seeing the response from the owner, I realize that I should have mentioned that they did refund me for the products I felt pressured into buying which was nice and I appreciated that! What could not have been refunded because it was not a physical item were the extra treatments that I didn't know were costing more. Thanks!

I am blown away by the products at Scheal! I asked for something to help my 45 year old face look fresher and brighter, which is exactly what the Balm and Serum have done for me! I was the personal assistant to the former owner of the spa at Bergdorf Goodman and I had the chance to try products from prestigious brands from all over the world- ranging from affordable to obscenely expensive. None have done what these have. Maybe its the natural ingredients? Maybe its the passion and love Christina puts into making her products? Not sure but this stuff is magic and I am a customer for life. My mom also loved the Balm- she stole the sample I was given, but not a problem. After one application I knew I was going back for the full size (the next day!) THATS how good it is! The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the packaging of the products is so beautiful, they look like sparkling little gems on my vanity. 5 stars across the board
I absolutely LOVE the lift exfoliant. It has done so much for my skin, and is so soothing. I would recommend to anyone looking to rid their wrinkles, minimize pores, and help prevent adult acne. The service is also great!
Very very bad massage provide to my client. Money seekers only. Not professional and poor behavior. Only take the money and not provide services. Only time and money waste here. I do not recommend to anyone go here. so please beware. thanks
KD is my real initials. This massage was maybe the weakest experience I’ve had, was supposed to be deep tissue and was charged for it but very little pressure, didn’t focus on the areas I asked for up front, put fragranced oil on my face and body without asking and spent more time on hot towels than massage. It was a fortune and now I feel worse than before I went in!!! I do not recommend this provider at all and usually get a massage at least once every two weeks.
So happy I gave this place a go. I have sensitive skin that doesn’t respond well to a myriad of products, so was a bit apprehensive getting a facial somewhere new. Upon entering the delicious smells immediately put you at ease and the treatment room was luxe and inviting. The treatment was superb- Christina makes her own products which are fantastic. I left with her famous Balm and am hooked. Will definitely be back again and again.
