We purchased Loewen windows through Rumson Window & Door after a terrible nightmare with Andersen. We got care and direction from Rumson in regards to our new window order. They were patient when we needed to make a few changes in regards to size. When the windows came, not only was the delivery company they used extremely pleasant but the windows came packaged with care and study casings. The windows themselves were perfection - not one piece was out of place. Our family contractors were absolutely highly impressed with the quality and the ease of installation. We first ordered custom wood Andersen windows - when they came in, after 3 months of waiting, we were in shock at the quality (not at all what's on display) with shoddy, crooked, messy craftsmanship and dented wood - after a long time waiting and battling to return them (Andersen kept saying that they're fine and nothing is wrong with them) most ended up falling apart when being loaded up by the return truck. We researched high and low for windows that were high quality while being a reasonable price and then came across Loewen windows. If you're looking for stunning windows and the perfect company to help you with them - look no further. We will soon be doing our downstairs renovation and are looking forward to working with Rumson again!
