Our dinner at this family-run izakaya was the best meal during our weeklong road trip in Hokkaido. Not only was the flavor outstanding, the service was excellent. The menu lists almost entirely meat and fish dishes, which was fine for my omnivore partner. After asking if any other plant-based options not on the menu were possible, I was presented with a generous all-veggie tempura plate. Every dish was delicious, especially my favorite age-dōfu. Excellent food, friendly service, reasonable price. I highly recommend Tagosaku.

本当は誰にも教えたくないような隠れ家的な美味しい居酒屋です。 食材の火の通し加減や味付けが絶妙で料理に対する経験値の高さが伺えます。ゆえにどんな食材もそつなくこなす為､何を頼んでもハズレなく美味しいです。 ただ店主お一人での調理の為､人数をさばけるキャパシティが無いので来店の際には予約を推奨します。 女将や娘さんの接客もアットホームで居心地が良いです
旬を拵えたアテはどれも素晴らしく、時間が許すのであれば再訪したい名店。 2人で6,800円
