Cheap prices and good quality of foods. However chips are cold and quite soggy sometimes and it’s too thick to be honest. The staffs were not rude but definitely not kind and polite either. Some of them never smile and look can’t be bothered to work.

I do enjoy the food from here both on the F&C side as well as the Kebab side. Decent portions, fresh salad and fairly priced too. Usually I pop the chips in the oven for an extra 10 mins and they come out nice, crisp and hot. Only negatives are 1) too many people in there at one time. There is a sign restricting numbers but sometimes 6 or 7 waiting inside (no it was not raining) and added delivery guys coming in and out also. 2) Chef on the Kebab side wears his mask round his chin. I know masks are hot and uncomfortable but I can't return until covid is a much smaller issue. I have vulnerable people in the household.

Food good, portions huge. Only problem I have is the level of COVID security. Far too many people in the shop as was dealing with phone orders as well as new orders. It would not be difficult to have some arrangement when the collections wait outside until order is ready, likewise once order give we could wait outside. The team members do not wear masks nor did I see them wash their hands.

Rumbles delivered when I was in need. Their thick chippy chips are a rarity and a delight in Cambridge, and their kebabs hit the spot with a glistening succulence. If one were being harsh, one might ask for a touch more salt and vinegar on the chips, but otherwise, Rumbles cannot be faulted. Bellissimo.
