My elderly mother needed an urgent eyesight review following pain and vision changes. Taking her to hospital or an NHS emergency unit would have exposed her to more discomfort and risks. She had been a long term customer at Vision Express in Ruislip, so I called them to see if they could help. Paras and the team responded brilliantly. Their records and examination revealed a serious problem. The details were passed to her GP, enabling a direct referral to the hospital. We can't thank them all enough.
