My husband Bought a universal laptop charger for 30 - the guy who served him was disinterested in providing good customer service in the first place so that didn’t leave a good impression. In less then 24 hours my husband went to return it as he found his original one hiding in the car - and the same guy was just rude - saying he can’t accept a return ? I mean Surely that’s against trading standards! The charger was unopened and in its original condition (attached pictures) but he was still refused a refund. Never going back again to the shop and be careful when purchasing as you won’t be allowed a return! Very disappointing service and attitude! 30 is not little money!:/
