On a beautiful sunny day this is a good place to come. The Patio Bar had parasolled tables, but there are plenty of additional tables on the grass area in front of Water's Edge by the Lake. Of course outside seating only currently, but can get draft beers/cider and other drinks at the Patio Bar and also order food. The main offerings being Pizza, Burgers and Hand Battered Cod. I chose the "Raging Bull" triple burger, served with chips, a substantial meal. No too busy outside school holidays/weekends.

No table service and the app didn’t work. Had to queue every time you wanted food or a drink. It was very busy as the weather was good so have to wait a while to get served with just one person taking orders. Considering the times we live in having no soap in the toilets was quite a shock. Staff seemed nice which is why this wasn’t a one star review.
My burger was undercooked. Chicken was hard, the texture of it was not eatable. The same with mozzarella sticks. Toilets were dirty, toilet seat broken in half. Sanitizer bottle, outside of the entrance, was sticky and unhygienic to use. For sure I will not come back. I am coming back home disappointed and sick.
First pub I’ve been too since lockdown and it was a great experience, food was lovely and staff was friendly and polite, definitely will be back
Uniquely positioned in the Ruislip Lido, with stunning views of the lake, and outdoor seating area for extra enjoyment. The menu to include many pub classics that cater for all tastes, but the Carvery is the main attraction. Pizzas and Burgers are also served. Very popular for families and small gatherings. A wide range of beers and wines are available, also soft and hot drinks.
Excellent happy attentive staff. Lovely first drink/food since lockdown. Thank you.
“Magical” place. They can fit 1 pint into a 0.4L glass. Staff tell that they are told to do so.
Delicious pizza and burgers. Used the app to order food and drinks. All delivered to the table by friendly chef.
