Absolutely awful. I ordered a 45 arrangement of spring flowers. Had to wait two days for delivery and the bouquet whenit arrived looked liked a tescos reduced price 15 bunch of floewrs, I had discussed that I did not want red and they included some dried out looking red roses. They agreed to refund the amount paid (including a 5 delivery fee!!!) but wanted the recipient to deliver them back!!

I started by using ruislip flowers every Christmas for my table decorations . nadine is very helpful and always caters for my extreme requests I manage to think up every year and they always have top place at our table witch are loved by all . This has made me return for other occasions (birthdays / Mother's Day ) and I've never had a single complaint. Highly recommend
